Estúdio surveyed potential Portuguese suppliers for the German company Bull&Stein and implemented a project of large scale works in stoneware in the selected factories. Estudio subsequently contributed to the genesis and implementation of a new project in porcelain for the same company.
From the surveying and selection of suppliers, the process continued to prototyping, first trials and samples, improvements and further trials in industrial and laboratorial contexts and, finally, the implementation and beginning of production alongside with quality control.
The factories that were a part of this process were São Bernardo (Perpétua, Pereira e Almeida, Lda), Arfai-IGM and Lenacer, Cencal and model/prototype maker Luís Oliveira.
